This ambitious Seaforth project involved a major structural overhaul and complete redesign, transforming a standard two-storey home into a spacious three-level residence with stunning functionality and flow. We began by removing a portion of the second-storey roof and internal floor structure to make way for a significant vertical extension. One of the most challenging and rewarding elements of this project was the hand excavation of 3 metres of solid rock to create a fully integrated lift shaft to the basement — a feat requiring precision, planning, and experienced execution. Above the existing roof line, we constructed three new levels of living space, completely reshaping the home’s layout and overall design. This project not only redefined the home’s structure but also created the opportunity for high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations throughout, elevating everyday living with smart storage, clean finishes, and contemporary fixtures.
