The expanded footprint allowed us to deliver a spacious open-plan living zone that now includes a stunning kitchen renovation, an upgraded laundry, and a custom-designed bar area. We constructed new floors, walls, and roofing — complete with new windows, a Colorbond roof, and gyprock-lined interiors.
A Functional Redesign
This Seven Hills renovation was a major transformation focused on expanding the home and creating space for a stunning new kitchen, upgraded laundry, and a bar — all designed with functionality and family living in mind. The project began with the demolition of the existing kitchen cabinets and the back section of the home. We then constructed a brand-new 36m² extension to house the updated open-plan living zone. This new area allowed us to design and deliver a larger kitchen and laundry layout with modern conveniences, including a new bar facility. As part of this kitchen and remodeling project, we built a new floor, wall, and roof structure, installed new windows and a Colorbond roof, and fitted gyprock wall and ceiling linings throughout. Flooring included a mix of floating timber and tiled surfaces, designed for durability and comfort. A standout feature of the extension is the external staircase, finished with stainless steel wire balusters — adding both accessibility and architectural appeal. For the kitchen renovations, we supplied and installed polyurethane cabinets, 40mm stone benchtops, and matching stone splashbacks for a sleek, premium finish. To make everyday living easier for a growing family, we also added a much-loved second toilet in the laundry — a thoughtful touch that blends convenience with smart design.
